This product is acceptable as a lubricant with incidental food contact (H1) for use in and around food processing areas. Such compounds may be used on food processing equipment as a protective anti-rust film, as a release agent on gaskets or seals of tank closures, and as a lubricant for machine partss and equipment in locations in which there is a potential exposure of the lubricated part to food. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
ArChine Synchain POE 280 product is synthetic POE high temperature lubricants designed primarily
for high temperature equipment, such as oven chains and tenter frame ovens, as well as paint and
ceramic curing ovens. Satisfactory performance can also be expected in applications involving bearing
lubrication. Formulated from a quality synthetic basestock and additive system,
ArChine Synchain POE 280 provide the following performance benefits.
- Excellent high temperature oxidation and thermal stability for prolonged lubricant life
- Extremely low volatility resulting in less oil consumption
- Superior antiwear properties for reduced chain drag
- Does not form carbon residue as petroleum products do

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

ArChine Foodcare PAO Series products are custom-blended polyapphaolefin (PAO) synthetic hydrocarbon fluids giving improved lubrication at high and low temperatures, reduced volatility, and compatibility with mineral oils and equipment designed for use with mineral oils.
ArChine Foodcare PAO Series products are long life lubricants formulated especially for applications where antiwear and extreme pressure properties are needed for effective load carrying ability. Recommended for gears and bearings.
Authorized by NSF for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants (H-1). Complies with FDA 21 CFR 178.3570 – lubricants with incidental food contact.
