Product principle
This detector according to international standards ISO9950:1995 manufacturing, adopt inside pack thermocouple nickel alloy probe testing medium performance cooling curve experimental method. Put probe heated to specified temperature (usually 850 °C), insert the waiting media to cooling, through the internal microcomputer system records probe temperature on time and the cooling rate changes with temperature, use LCD touch-screen interface to real-time display the test results:
cooling process curve (temperature/time)
and
cooling characteristic curve (temperature/cooling rate)
; can also be displayed the results in tabular form. According to the above results assess quench medium cooling performance. Above test results also can through random software be transmitted to an external computer to manage.
