Description
Fukkol Fuji H.T. is non-melting, EP lubricant made from a highly refined ISO 100 mineral base oil , an organoclay, (modified bentonite ) thickener , and an effective EP agent for high temperature applications where parts application is available .

Benefits
-Minimizes equipment failure : The special non-melting organoclay thickener prevents grease loss from bearings at high temperature .
-Wide temperature range application : May be used in applications up to 320°C with normal regreasing , and up to 350°C with very frequent regreasing , making it suitable for use in a wide range of high temperature industrial applications .
-Prevents failure in wet conditions: Organoclay thickener gives excellent resistance to water wash out.
Usable temperature range for continuous service is -20°C to 320°C . With frequent relubrication the maximum is 350°C .

Product Information
FUKKOL FUJITEX AP 2,1,0 Calcium Soap Lubricant Grease is a heavy viscosity oil component provides good lubricating film streght , keeping surfaces separated under Load at slow speeds . The calcium soap provides inherent rust protection because of its ability to emulsify small quantities of water.
Tacky and long fibered consistency keeps grease in place , minimizing leakage , and producing a seal against dust and dirt to provide longer intervals between greasing .
Product Application
It is specially recommended for the lubrication of bearings operating at high temperatures and severe load such as continuous castings , vibrating sieves , quarries breakers and roller conveyors .
Virtue
It is based on a calcium soap type combined with a high viscosity index mineral base oil . It 's unique structure makes it suitable for high temperature application of temperature range from 0°C~60°C.
Very good mechanical stability and a high dropping point .
Antioxidation , antiwear&extreme pressure additives have been added maximize the performance of the grease.
