Manufacturing methods
Synthetic lubricant is a kind of fatty acids and methanol-based material, after the esterification reaction and made a special way modified brown oily liquid. Modified to rely on special ways to make fluorescent groups of products is destroyed, in favor of drilling electrical measurements. Under the effect of compound surfactants, modified olein for drilling fluid has better emulsifying capacity, membrane capacity and infiltration capacity. It is a highly efficient, environmentally friendly drilling fluid additive.

The main purpose
Mainly used for oil (gas) drilling fluid lubricant compatibility with other drilling fluid additives, good for a variety of water-based drilling fluids. As the product of the existence of the molecular chain adsorption group

Use
Synthetic lubricant is a liquid product. In the course without dissolving, it is easy to use and can be directly mixed with drilling fluid evenly. In addition, the dosage of the product should be determined according to the drilling fluid formulation. Recommended addition level of it is 1.0% to 2.5%.

Storage matters
1 package Logo: Synthetic lubricant for drilling fluid is packaged with blue plastic drum. Its net weight is 180kg. Each batch of product quality inspection report should be single. On the packaging, there should be clear, strong logo. Signs include: trademark, name, type, production batch number, net weight and the Health and trade names and so on.
2 Storage: Synthetic lubricant for drilling fluid should be stored in ventilated, dry room temperature 5°C to 30°C, and to grant the unit separately. Keep away from fire sources, avoid strength extruded and sunlight exposure. Co-exist with non-corrosive chemicals.
3 Transport: the application of clean means of transport with a tarpaulin, moisture, rain, sun, light textile handling should take to prevent scratch or smashes the packaging.

Acceptance criteria
In the factory, Products were tested by our quality supervision departments to ensure that products meet quality standards or contract the corresponding standards. Users have the right to correspond to the standard of the quality of the products received acceptance. If any, should be made within one month of receipt of product, coordinate and solve the supply and demand sides. If more than one third batch of products have been used, we have the right to refuse to retest.
