1. DESCRIPTION
The product is a
amber
transparent thick
liquid,

prepared from cresol and isobutylene, which has fine oil solubility, but insoluble in water and caustic solution. It provides the lubricant with excellent anti-oxidation and antigum performance. The product will display the best anti-oxidation effect at the working temperature below 100°C.
2. APPLICATIONS
It is used primarily in the lubricating oil, gasoline and paraffin, etc., serves as antioxidant and antigum inhibitor. It could be directly used (or be blended into mother liquid) to add in petrochemical products such as rubber and plastics, acting as anti aging agent. But it is not suitable for the oils under rather high service temperature.
