Product Description
The product is formulated by using higher fatty acid lithium-calcium soap as a thickener and refined mineral oil as the base oil, through special process by adding EP additive, anti-friction agent, tackifier, antioxidant, antirust additive and other additives. The product has won national invention patent. The quality of the product is in accordance with the standard of Q/AHY14-2007.
Fields of Application
The product is suitable for the lubrication of working roll bearings and backup roll bearings of various tandem mills, such as working roll bearings of large hot-rolled strip steel, plate plant, profile plant, rods and bars plant and so on. It is also suitable for the lubrication of other lubricating parts of rolling mill, which could replace similar import products.1# and 2# are suitable for integral lubrication system, and 3# is suitable for manual lubricating.

Performance Characteristics

Application Notice
According to the regulations of lubricating grease for equipments, to choose the appropriate quality level and consistency number product; the storage and transportation process must be water-proof, moisture-proof and avoid mixing mechanical impurities; anti-pollution; different quality levels of products cannot be mixed; Centralized Treatment for replaced old grease to prevent environment pollution.
