FUKKOL Ejector Pin Spray is a multi-purpose lubricant, specially formulated to provide corrosion protection, anti-wear and lubrication properties to ejector pins on injection moulding machines.
Product Application
Ejector Pin Spray should be used for the protection of ejector pins used on injection moulding machines. This product is suitable for use on all types of plastic injection moulding machines and is compatible with most types of plastics currently used.
The combination of selected synthetic oils and additives used in this product ensures that the lubricant will resist oxidation even at the high temperatures found in injection moulding machines. The advanced lubricity agents incorporated into Korniche Ejector Pin Spray will provide continuous lubrication on rapid cycle and short cure time operations where the ejector pin may be in operation for more than 2000 cycles per shift.
