Description
A chlorinated wax specially designed for high temperature and high pressure metal forming operation .with its ultimate lubrication ,forming oil reduce the heat in the operation .thus ,it can protect the metal parts from cracking or burning by over-heating,so as to prevent metal pick-up,scoring and it has the function of anti-welding which reduces friction ,increase product quality and the tool useful life.
Application
For stamping,pressing,extruding and drawing .
Low viscosity,suitable for dripping ,roller coating or brushing .
Suitable for ferrous or non-ferrous metal.
Recommended to stainless forming.
