Product Information
High Speed CNC Machine Cutting Oil,series of transparent, light colored, chlorine-free,sulfur-free tri-purpose oils for use as cutting oils, machine tool lubricants and hydraulic fluids in certain machine tools. Formulated with a unique, non-staining passive EP additive system, a special non-fatty lubricity additive, rust and oxidation inhibitors, and an anti-mist additive. Specifically designed for applications where staining by chlorinated additives could be a problem, or where oils containing chlorine may present a waste or storage problem.
Product Application
*Mild to moderately difficult machining operations
*Particularly suitable for use with some aluminium alloys where staining by chlorinated additives could be a problem
*Particularly suitable for machining copper and its alloys, along with most steels
*Modern machine tools * Systems where, because of leakage from one system to another, there may be intermingling of the cutting oil, machine tool lubricant and /or the machine hydraulic fluid *General machining operations, particularly in high technology machines. Higher viscosities are required for mor severe operation.
