Product Information
The base for C-JET is the finest graphite which has been homogenized and surface coated by NF. This permits penetration into the surface of the tool steel resulting in excellent lubrication and protection of the surface, and improve die life.
When sprayed on hot die surfaces, C-JET forms an impermeable lubrication film, which firmly interlinks with the metal matrix, and which virtually emanates metal build-up. It does withstand temperatures exceeding 1,100°C without oxidation.
