MPS03A-1 cold heading oil

Effective protection of punch (red needles) and die, to extend life, reduce overall costs.
This product has good lubricity, extreme pressure anti-wear, rust resistance and high temperature oxidation security. Can effectively protect the mold, to meet the standard parts and non-standard parts forming a multi-station, the processing temperature up to 500 °C, can be fully qualified for cold heading steel workpiece.
Uses:

Cold Heading for stainless steel nuts, screws, bolt, sleeve, stainless steel hollow, empty heart rivets, etc. forming.

Performance characteristics:

MPS03A cold heading oil can replace expensive imports of the same type of high-quality products to meet the demanding forming and cold heading steel greatly changed the amount of carbon-based molding process. MPS03A sub-medium viscosity (150) and high viscosity (180) are two viscosity grades.
Pb values: display oil lubrication, Pd values are displayed under high temperature and pressure oil extreme pressure performance, the value of common lubricants Pb 280, Pd value is 1200.
