1. DESCRIPTION
RC9202 is a zinciferous hydraulic oil additive package, possessing excellent antioxidation, antirust, corrosion protection and antiwear properties. The hydraulic oil prepared from RC9202 has fine filterability, even when the very small filter screen is used. In order to meet the strict defoam requirements for some industrial oils, should add some defoamer into the base oil.

2. PRODUCT FEATURES
The product is used primarily for formulating the antiwear hydraulic oil, which conforms to the standards as follow: DIN 51524 Part 2 and part 3 (HLP, HVLP); AFNOR NF E 48-603(HM, HV); SIS SS 155434; VDMA24318;Hoesch HWN 2333; Thyssen TH N-256132; CETOP RP91 H (HM, HV); SEB181222; U.S. Steel 126, 127 and 136; Sperry Vickers M-2950-S and I-286-S; Denison Filterability TP 02100. The industrial oil blended with this package conforms to DIN51517,part 3 (CLP); SEB 181 226.

5. STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION
The requirements of SH/T0164 should be met during the storage, handling and blending. The maximum temperature should not exceed 75. The ambient temperature for long-term storage should not exceed 45. It is non-flammable, non-explosive, and non-corrosive. The precautions in safety, environment control, and application are the same as those of common petroleum products, having no need of special protection. 6.
