Metalworking fluids are mainly refined from multifunctional organic
materials, possessing the properties of excellent lubricity, non-
staining and bacteriostatic; and have high performance water reducible
concentrate bases and some specific feature surfactants. They are non-
foaming, give excellent corrosion protection and have a high degree of
lubricity with exceptional wetting and cooling properties, without
containing sodium nitrite, sulfur phosphorous or chlorine.
They are designed for a wide range of metalworking processes, including
grinding, cutting, turning, drilling, tapping, millings and boring;
providing long-term, trouble-free service in re-circulating center
coolant systems. They are suitable for use on ferrous and non-ferrous
metals, including high nickel stainless steel, copper, aluminum, steel,
iron, etc. When using metalworking fluids in place of traditional
emulsion, the hydrolytic and thermal stability of the cutting fluids
is greatly improved and the rancidity problems encountered with the use
of fats is essentially eliminated. Our metalworking fluids have the
following properties:
1)Easy to cool
Water, an excellent cooling vector, will greatly drop the value of
surfactant tension when added to some specific property surfactants,
thereby enhancing water permeation, and increasing the coolant effect.
Our GFSLXIF high-water based metalworking fluids, are easy to cool and
entirely meet the needs of the mechanical processes, including heavy
duty machining and grinding.
2)Excellent hydrodynamic and extreme pressure lubrication
Metalworking fluids possessing extreme pressure additives form chemical
adhesive membranes and reaction membranes under high temperature and
high-pressure conditions. These membranes can reduce the friction, drop
the cutting temperature and power consumption, thereby improving the
tool's life and giving the work piece an excellent smooth finish.
3)Excellent anti-rusting ability
CCF, the main ingredient in our metalworking fluids, is an anionic
modified compound that provides both non-staining and corrosion
protection. It is a material with strong polar group, that forms a very
dense protective membrane when adhered to metal, which protects against
corrosion from acidic atmospheric and other harmful matter and does not
stain work pieces. When formulated into synthetic systems, CCF imparts
an excellent non-staining feature. It can prevent semi-finished articles
in storage from rusting for up to 7 days.
4)Easy to clean
With the addition of specific feature surfactants, our metalworking
fluids have low surfactant tension and excellent permeation, and
thereby are easy to clean. They play a very important role in the
removal of small grains of metal which are adhered to tools?surfaces,
sand grains and oil contamination; thereby maintaining the sharpness
of the grinding wheel and edge of the tool.
5)Inhibits microbial growth
Containing excellent PT bacteriostatic material, our metalworking fluids
effectively resist microbial attack, and provide users with a long-term
service life of about 3 years. This greatly cuts the cost of metalworking
fluids?consumption and discharging fees.
6)Excellent environmental acceptability
Containing no nitrites, chlorine, sulfur phosphorous or phenolic compounds,
our metalworking fluids have a low environmental impact and excellent
environmental safety. Metalworking fluids have low toxicity and should
not pose a hazard to health. They can be a mild skin and eye irritant
when handled inappropriately during industrial use, but do not produce
environmental pollution, and are easy to discharge.
