T4201 additive package is developed to formulate the universal gear oil.
T-4201 ATF Additive:
1. DESCRIPTION
T4201 additive package is developed to formulate the universal gear oil. The API GL-5 automobile gear oil with the viscosity grade of 80W/90 is formulated with 4.8% T4201 and paraffin base oil, which has passed the bench tests of CRCL-42, CRCL-33, CRCL-37, and CRCL-60. 1.6% T4201 is used to blend 320 # heavy-duty industrial gear oil conforming to the USS-224 specification index.

2. PRODUCT FEATURES
T4201 is developed to formulate API GL-5 automobile gear oils with the viscosities grades of SAE 90, 80W/90, 85W/90, and 85W/140, and to blend industrial gear oils with following viscosities: N68, N100, N150, N220, N320, and N460.

5. STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION
The requirements of SH/T0164 should be met during the storage, handling and blending. The maximum temperature should not exceed 75. The ambient temperature for long-term storage should not exceed 45. It is non-flammable, non-explosive, and non-corrosive. The precautions in safety, environment control, and application are the same as those of common petroleum products, having no need of special protection.
