Synthetic oil Base , light colored , anti-mist , active sulfur cutting oils designed for moderate to severe machining operations. Special fatty oil contents and viscosity to cover a wide variety of applications and metals, particularly those where contact with chlorine must be avoided, or where oils containing chlorine may present a waste or storage problem.
Product Application
*Moderate to severe machining operations on a wide variety of materials, particularly those such as titanium, where there may be stress cracking or staining due to reaction with chlorine.
*Operations where surface finish is not critical, and in more severe grinding applications where products containing fat could lead to loading of the grinding wheel.
*Difficult applications where surface finish is of extreme importance such as form grinding applications and deep hole drilling of metals with very low machinability ratings.
Machining the most difficult metals, particularly titanium alloys where chlorine may react with the metal and weaken the surface.
